Complimentary Custom Clothing Alterations And Remakes
At BESPOKE BY JCM, we understand that custom clothing is a unique journey, and sometimes, getting that perfect fit on the first try can be a challenge. But don't worry—we’re here to ensure you walk away feeling great in your clothes. Here’s how we can help:
Alteration and Remake Terms
- Alteration and remake requests must be initiated within 30 days of when you receive your product, including completing the necessary information requested by Fit Specialists. You will get a new 30 day period to review your garment when it is delivered.
- Please note: only custom-fit orders are eligible for remakes/alterations, while standard size orders are eligible for exchanges.
- In order to request an alteration or remake, you must return your original garment to BESPOKE BY JCM via a prepaid shipping label. Your remade garment will not be shipped out before your returned item is received
- BESPOKE BY JCM reserves the right to stop offering remakes to customers who are deemed to be abusing the flexibility of the policy
- If you choose to use a local tailor, you will be reimbursed via store credit up to $125 for a suit, $75 for a jacket, $50 for dress pants, $30 for casual pants/denim, and $15 for a T-shirt.
- Alterations and remakes are subject to fabric stock and availability. If a fabric is no longer in stock, an alternative of equal or lesser value may be selected.
- If you choose to use a local tailor, we’re happy to reimburse (as store credit) up to $125 for a suit, $75 for a jacket, $50 for dress pants, $30 for casual pants/denim, and $15 for a T-shirt.
- Receiving a complimentary remake on a piece of custom clothing does not disqualify you from a full refund. You’ll just need to return both the original and the remade version of the garment to us to receive a refund
- Customers who neglect to provide information requested by Fit Specialists (i.e., photos of fit issues) within the 30 Day period will not qualify for alterations or remakes
- Sample Sale purchases are not eligible for alterations or remakes
- Standard-size items can be exchanged for other standard-size items if exchange is completed within 30 days of delivery
Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Terms
We really hope that you love your BESPOKE BY JCM items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:
- All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a BESPOKE BY JCM Gift Card.
- Products must be put back in the mail within 30 days of when they were delivered to qualify for a return or exchange. Tuxedo, suit, blazer, and suit pant returns must be put back in the mail within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
- Receiving a complimentary remake on a piece of custom clothing does not disqualify you from a full refund. You’ll just need to return both the original and the remade version of the garment to us to receive a refund.
- The returned items must be unused with the brand tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, washed, soiled, brand labels missing, or in any way altered, will be rejected and returned back to the customer
- To exchange discounted items for higher priced items, you must pay the difference.
- Processing time for returns and exchanges is up to 7 business days.
- BESPOKE BY JCM is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Customers should keep record of tracking information to minimize confusion.
- Exchanges and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
- If the tracking number for the return package does not go live within the required time frame, customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers deemed to be abusing our return policy may be restricted from making additional purchases. BESPOKE BY JCM reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason.
- Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
- Package Protection insurance, Sample Sale purchases, the fee for Priority Mail and Next Day Air Shipping, socks, and gift card orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- If your original form of payment is no longer active, you will receive your refund via gift card.
- If you ordered the FlexTech Starter Kit or any other bundle offer, all items must be returned to receive a full refund, including gift with purchase items. If you decide to keep those items, you will be charged the full retail value of those items.
- If you ordered a bundle with a buy more, save more offer and you proceed with a partial refund, you may no longer be eligible for the volume-based savings and your refund will be adjusted for the price of lesser items.
