Size Guide
Every Bespoke by JCM suit is made to your exact measurements. No standard sizing. No compromises.
How to Take Your Measurements
01
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and relaxed — not tight. Arms by your sides.
02
Waist
Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest point of your torso, typically about 2.5 cm above the navel.
03
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 20 cm below the natural waist.
04
Shoulders
Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other. Keep the tape flat and straight.
05
Jacket Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder (at the neck) straight down to where you'd like the jacket hem — typically at the base of the thumb.
06
Trouser Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg. Best done with a well-fitting pair of trousers.

Tips for an Accurate Measurement
- —Ask a friend or tailor to assist — self-measurement can introduce error
- —Use a soft fabric measuring tape, never a rigid ruler
- —Measure in your usual undergarments, not over bulky clothing
- —Stand naturally — relaxed posture, no sucking in
- —Take each measurement twice to confirm accuracy
- —Note measurements in centimetres for consistency
